Place the items in their original Ugg box and secure them inside a shipping carton, ensuring all original tags are still attached.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it securely to the outside of your return package.
Ship and Track
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number to monitor the status of your refund or exchange.
